Initially it was not easy to get good professional cooks and was the toughest challenge.
Eventually we started hiring fresher’s and made them go through a random learning process following the Grub Kitchen recipes for various items.
Weekly training sessions were held to learn and understand the need of the customer and the sessions mainly concentrated on the discipline, hygiene, professional attitude and behavioral patterns to handle customers.
Our cooks are eventually very highly paid after the first three months of training period and today those fresher’s who had joined us for almost two years back have turned out to be professional and able cooks, is also a part of the core competence of the Grub Kitchen management system.
